Bottle@home; muchos gracias Mes! Poured an enticingly dense hazy dark red colour. Aroma was tart and big on ripe cherries, with plenty of da funk. Pretty lively carbonation. Flavour had lovely tart cherry aplenty, and the lemony notes that developed were a welcome and tasty twist. Started sour, than dried a bit , then finished off sour with more slightly sweet (glace?) cherry. Dig it.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Darker red coloured beer with a short pink head. Enjoyable cherry fruity and light sour aroma. Medium to full, light sticky fruity palate. Finish is light sour, sweet cherry fruity touched. Nice, different and definitly no mainstream fruit beer.

Thanks Jason. The beer pours to a deep purple grape juice colored body with a thin white head. Murky looking. The aroma is extremely sour cherries and sour funk, perhaps some pie crust. The flavor is sour cherries and mint or cherry leaves. Definite herbal leafy thing going on. The palate is sour but not hugely acidic. Medium-light bodied. A bit more sour and funk and this would be top notch. Add that Cantillon funk and this is world class! Oh so close.
