Brown color. Complex brettnomyses aroma together with fruity cherry arom and taste where you also notice the cherry seed. Then a perfect sweet ending.

Pours deep clear red, very small white foam .
Smells like a swiming pool ( nevermind , i always get this with old cherry beers)
Thin mouthfeel , harsh sourness ( i would believe this is american )
Some cherry ( most of it in the aftertaste ) dry . Nice but not thrilled

Bottle… Murky burgundy ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The woody, funky bouquet offers fruity-sweet cherries and soft acidity. Light to medium-bodied and fairly thin with busy carbonation. The flavor provides moderately sharp acidity and a crisp, fruity, cherry finish. Dries out a good bit. It’s no oude kriek, but it’s a nice sour cherry ale. Bottle courtesy of darkguardian!

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours cloudy, red-gold with a light, white film. Lovely tangy cherry nose. Nice and tart flavor, light to medium sweet, with very mild butter notes. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean, refreshing to finish with bits of tart cherries. Very nice overall. Has a nice tangy fruit bite.

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours cloudy deep red, with a thin white head. The nose is tart cherry, cherry skin, lemon, some white vinegar and a hint of almond. The taste is tart cherry, sharp lemon, juicy fruit, sour red grape, cherry skin and vinegar, with a tart finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not complex, but highly drinkable. Delicious.

Kulminator on the Borefts 1 trip. Cloudy dark red beer. Light dusty nose. Crisp dry palate. Light sour cherry, with very light dust malt. Okay.

tap at cbc - pours amber red with off-white head with pinkish notes. Aroma of almond, cherry and cherry chewing gum (but nice). Body us fresh wuith lively and refreshing carbonation, some greasiness in the middle, dry finish. Taste: grassy notes, strawberry, citric notes.
