4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 77ships (2238) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - DEC 11, 2012
Drank most of a 75 cl. thx. to Kraddel. Pours a bright golden with a white head. Smell is sweet compote, canned peaches, peel, summer fruits, Belgian yeast and blossoms. Taste is compote, canned apriot, canned peaches liquid, blossoms, honey, light yoghurt Belgian yeast in the ending with some 0% chocolate milk chocolate. Lovely slightly creamy, compote body. This is awesome, I love, finely a fruit beer like it should be instead of that chemical crap that usually should pass one – 2nd? I think great non-sour fruitbeer I try.
4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 sebletitje (5536) - Enghien, BELGIUM - NOV 24, 2012
Draft @ ‘t Schooltje, merci Carlo.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 gEUS (594) - Linden, BELGIUM - DEC 9, 2012
on tap at ’t Schooltje - pours hazy straw yellow with a steady, 1 finger fine mousse. Aroma is clearly peach, but with subtle floral and malty notes. Light body and with a wonderful balance between fruitiness - freshness - sweetness. Semi-dry finish and hoppy notes coming along. A perfect aperitive with a nice complexity (now that is something way else than your average industrial bubbles)!

24/11/12 - on tap @ Struise Schooltje (Oostvleteren) - BB: n/a (2012-1305) Thanks to Carlo for the sample!
Clear pale yellow beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, bit cheesy, peaches, some yoghurt, herbal. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, grassy, herbal touch, little fruity, some citrus. Aftertaste: bitter and dry, grassy, slightly fruity. Wouldn’t be able to guess the fruits in this one though.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Thick, sweet peach aroma paired with subtle vanilla. Light body, sweet and fruity, loads of peaches with a little hops. Not so much Bourbon character, but a very well composed beer - if a strange blend! 270413
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 ThirstyBird (429) - Düsseldorf, GERMANY - FEB 23, 2013
Tasted at RBBWG II - Thanks Dylan. Pours a pale dirty yellow color with a delicate off white head. Smell is difficult to pinpoint...some fruit..peaches, pears? Taste is delicate, wheat, fruit and finishes a little dry and slightly bitter. Light body less than average carbonation but nice. Overall a nice, light, refreshing brew.

Bottle at Chriso tasting 20/01/2013. Cloudy yellow, looks a bit like pineapple juice. Thin white head that sticks around. Alittle funk, belgian phenols, horsey aroma. Flavour in pineapple, fruity esters. Low carbonation. A little residual sugar. Did not detect any bourbon.

Zzt bottle. Very peachy indeed, especially in the flavour. Body is pretty thin but not necessarily in a bad way, very refreshing. Light bitterness. Quite an original beer.
