Taste is smooth, roasty and hoppy with some coffee, chocolate, wood, oak and hints of bourbon. Finish is smooth, lingering roasty and woody with hints of oak, coffee, chocolate, hops and bourbon. Surprisingly hoppy despite the bottle is not very fresh. Hoppy and intense, just as the label suggests.
