Discovered at Stockholm Beer & Whiskey festival. The perfect beer to drink between richer types of beer. Very refreshing. Great beer to introduce to girls/people who don’t think they lile beer very much.

Corpo medio, palato secco e carbonazione abbondante.

(draught) hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of coconut, acetone and white chocolate, with a light touch of pale malts, grapes and sugar icing. flavour is mostly the same, nettles, coconut and dill, very tart, with a hint of vanilla, quite a bit of alcohol, gooseberries and apricots in the finish. heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

From draft at ZBF 15. Couldn’t find this one in the database. I thought it wasn’t a new version and that this one was made together with danko? Anyway... Small pour, clearer golden colour with a white head on top. Very tart and sour in the nose, green Apples, vinegar, funk, tart, watery aftertaste, i was expecting something else, turned out a bit to sour

from tap. poured a yellow to gold colour with a white head. apples, brett, sour apples, vanilla, bit tart, lemons, can’t recognize the bourbon, maybe because of the fresh / sour taste of the apples. overall an interesting brew

Looks like cloudy apple juice. Funky, yeasty aroma. Very tart taste. Dry and woody. Reminds me of cask scrumpy.

Sample at ’t Oude Schooltje , Oostvleteren - BE. Color: clear amber beer with no carbonation and small white foam. Smell: cider notes, apple, caramel, sugar. Candied apple. Taste: candied apple, caramel, candy and apple. Really nice, it’s like a cider but more sweet and really strong taste of apple. Aftertaste: candied apple, some alcohol notes.

had on draft at BBF 12 and antwaarps bierhuyske. bit sourness, sweetness, of course very much apples in a natural way . in the aftertaste it even reminds me of bacon ( i know... i’m weird prob. ... ) it looked blonde, white foam. i’d take it again, but no new favourite here..
