Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit, lemons, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, malt, hay, lemons, and yeast, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Very spicy nose, coriander and lavender - is this only a yeast job?? Medium body, subtle carbonation, a very, very dry fruitiness that ends almost astringent. Again a distinct spicyness. Interesting. 130612

Bottle, at TFODRBSG 2012. A lightly unclear one, yellowish golden-orange beer topped by a dense, white head. Sugary, fruity nose with a spiced touch and some yeasty hints. Yellow apples. The flavor has something reminiscent of cinnamon, as well as yeast and most of all, sugar and fruityness. Pleasant bitterness. Medium to full body, a bit on the sweet side, but with pleasant carbonation. Fruity finish. A decent one, but it’s just one in the crowd. 120818
