33 cl bottle @ home. Clear, golden blond color. Firm, dense white head, good lacing. Aroma’s: sweet spices, lemon, sour & sweet fruit, a bit funky retronasal. Flavor is mildly fruity sour with a touch of bitterness. Light bodied. Strangely enough there is some sweetness in the finish, with a mild bitterness. Not bad.

Medium strength hybrid between blonde and saison, lightly gushing, resulting in a very rocky, towering, dense, snow white head. Clear and pretty golden robe with fierce sparkling. Fragrant, delicate, perfumey aroma of honey, lavender, star aniseed, tulips, chamomille, cake, bubblegum, vanilla. Crisp, refreshing taste, banana, pineapple, honeyish, light on the tongue but flavourful, elegant and supple, with retronasal aromas of aniseed and field flowers as well as a hint of pink pepper and a quenching light sourish touch. Lovely little beer!

Bottle: Golden, cloudy, stable mid-sized white lacy head, mild to moderate spicy orangey and citrussy nose, yeast, alcohol and herbal hops still detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering citrus-fruity and yeasty finish, some warming alcohol detectable. Nice brew…

Bottle from Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon, Arlon, Belgium!
Pours strong golden yellow with sparkling head, that disappears very quickly. Smell has sweet belgian yeast, fruits and some spices. Starts with fruits, lots of spices and some perfumey notes. Middle part has perfume and lots of spices. Finish is spicy-yeasty, slight sweetish with some perfume notes.

Bottled, 330ml from Cherry Reds, Birmingham Centre. Gold with white head. This was quite sweetish at the start, candy like with a bubble gum backnote. From there a spicy, slightly ginger note came through, Belgian yeast flavours and a sharp tinny edge. Not brilliant if I am honest.
