Draft. A dark amber beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of caramel, alcohol, malt, and a bit of vinegar. The flavor is very sweet with notes of syrup, alcohol, vinegar, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. The alcohol burns lightly in the throat, and warms the chest.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy orange colour. Fiercely alcoholic caramel aroma. Super sweet with sticky banana. Boozy with sheer vodka poured onto sticky caramel pudding. Burning diesel dominates the finish. Just oversized.

ChrisOs Easter Tasting. Big thanks to Harrisoni for sharing this rare beer. Cheers Ian! Hazy amber beer. Short lived pale tan head. Smooth silky palate. Sweet malts, caramel (naturally!). Lots of sweet esters, banana in particular. Alcohol aniseed spice towards the finish. Smooth delivery as always from Struise with the super high abv beers.
