Draft sample. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus and earthy aroma. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where surpassed.

Draft pour. Somewhat hazy copper with a thin white head. The aroma is musty floral notes with a bit of herbal tea like qualities. Fairly bitter initially and then it sweetens up on the back end. Light to medium bodied with low carbonation.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a huge white head. Gusher! Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus, yeast, herbal, floral, earthy and some grapefruit. Taste is quite bitter and moderate sweet. Medium to full bodied with a long fruity finish.

Amber with big head. Nice hoppy aroma with some citrus and herbal, but also some spicy from belgian yeast. At taste is a pretty bitter-sweet mix with a good body and fruity flavour.

Milky orange body with a huge beige head. Wooden nose. Light spicy and lasting bitterness. Heavy carbonation. Medium bodied and alco warm. Leaves the tongue dry.

I have the Cascade dry-hopped edition here. A slow gusher. Pours a hazy brownish amber with a thick off white head. Aromas of pine, resin, citrus, bit of malt, and bit of bread. Pronounced bitter, little sweet, but finish is also a strong, abrupt, dry bitter. Carbonation is a bit over active, may be characterizing the bitterness as a bit one-note. Good body. Hope the carbonation in this one is abnormal.
