Color naranja profundo y buena corona compacta y persistente. Aroma levaduras, licor y malta poco lupulo. En boca igual que en aroma, bastante dulce, para mi gusto le falta lupulo, agradable final seco.

Bottle from SB. Does not pour very much head. Aroma is full of Belgian yeast, taste is also yeasty but caramel in addition. A very good belgian IPA!

Hazy, light mahogny colored beer with a two finger high, white, creamy head.

Nose: Orange, ripe apples, mandarin, grass, marmelade, molasses and Belgian yeast.
Taste: Toffe, caramel, raisin, apple and pine. Not really that hoppy but tasty!
Mouth: Medium body with a great full taste. A little carbonation and a litte bitterness.

A great complex, balanced beer!

330ml bottle, pours dark golden ruby brown wih a foamy white head. Aroma has dry biscuit malt, seville orange, a little sour cherry, spice and barnyard yeast. More complex than your average IPA, hoppy but not over hopped and well balanced. medium sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, light body, sticky, average carbonation.

SWBF 2014. Pours amber with a low head. Aromas of orange, funk, citrus, kiwi. Taste is very much as the nose with some grassy notes as well. Mouthfeel is tart and somewhat dry with medium carbonation.

Opálos borostyán színe fölött krémes, közepes méretű hab húzódik, amely alól nemkülönben masszaszerű aromák röppennek fel, természetesen a komlógyantás, kandiscukros jelleg mentén kirajzolódva. Fantasztikusan sima, a közepesnél is alacsonyabb szénsavtartalmú testbe ágyazva lépnek a színre a tejszínes, belga élesztős jegyekkel megtámogatott, udvarias kesernyével dolgozó zamatok, nem annyira a gyümölcsös, mint inkább a karakteres, az édesség mértékét remekül kiegyensúlyozó, hosszú életű keserűség jelenléte mellett.

33cl bottle shared in a Struise glass. Huge amount of head. A couple of mm of beer in the bottom of the Struise glass and the rest was froth, still billowing out the top a half pint glass was half filled with froth with the head still rising out the neck of the bottle. Once the head eventually subsided (slightly) it was a slightly darker than some IPAs with a slightly orange hue. Plenty of flakes of hardened yeast floating about too. Aroma is less hoppy than a lot of IPAs. Mouthfeel is medium and very generous for the style. Taste is quite sweet and fragrant but less flowery than a lot of the hoppy IPA. Overall as a Struise fan rather than an IPA I was nicely surprised as this is the first IPA I have tried that hasn’t been too extreme for me.

Bottle at tasting in Belgrade. Thanks markoijelena. Rich copper-mahogany. Spicy yeast, no real hops on aroma. Strange, interesting beer. Hops are blended back, sweet, leather, barnyard. Low carbonation rich leather. Interesting beer, IPA with some sour flanders character.

Bottle at a private tasting in Belgrade/Serbia. It pours a vivid amber colour, hazy with a minimal off white head. Nose with almost no hops, Belgian dubbel feel. Mouth has tons of leather, some sour and tart notes.
