Bue à la pression à l’école à Oosvleteren, couleur blonde mousse épaisse et belle effervescence, bière qui tire beaucoup sur le houblon au nez et sur la première bouche continuité sur l’abricot et le citron.

Pour clear yellow, with a small white head. Aroma if ganja, slight fruity hops, hay, grass, faint malty bready notes. Taste is plenty bitter, with faint sweetness to it. Medium bodied, with a fizzy carbonation. I quite enjoyed this.

TET (1760) - FINLAND - NOV 30, 2014
A golden beer with a big and blond head. The aroma is fresh pure malts, fruits and citrusfruits. Taste has strong and rich maltyness, lemon, some mandarin, grass and at least medium bitterness, a grassy end. Medium+ bodied, pleasant and smooth, mild carbonation. Tasteful beer with the nice balance of malts, fruits, and bitterness. Dangerously drinkable.

Pale yellow colour. Bit of a funny smell. Farmyard? Manure? Hair removing cream? It comes through in the flavour too. Whatever it is it’s a prominent background taste. Not sure this one was ok....

(Struise Imperialist) Bottle 750 ml at home, served into a glass tankard, ABV 8.3%. Deep golden yellow to light orange colour on the body, a tad hazy, with a full finger of white head on top, with quite god retention, leaving medium lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, light grains, barley. Taste also of hops, with light citrus and more of pine and resin, offering a strong bitterness from the beginning, very well hidden alcohol. Some sweet notes every now and then, some grains too. Medium thick body with soft carbonation, very dry palate. Great beer, dangerously drinkable too.

Backlog rating. Keg at BD Camden. It pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head. Nose is grainy, grassy, fruity, mildly sweet, toffee. Taste is quite sweet upfront, lightly boozy, grainy with notes of hay, grass, caramel, biscuit, bread dough. Finishes quite astringent and bitter. Medium to full bodied with good carbonation. Overall, not my favourite style for sure
