3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours very cloudy. Smells alot like wheat, yeast. Taste: very high carbo. Very strong in the start with something like peaches goes over into a hoppy, dry finish. Not brilliant, not bad either.

Tap at the school house. Nicely hoppy blond, light, clean malts. Very good balance, good bitterness, dry finish. Not great, but nice.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
33cl bottle thanks to allmyvinyl.
Appearance - golden orange and bright. Nice head.
Nose - flowers perhaps going into custard.
Taste - some dried orange and some herbaceousness on the finish.
Palate - medium to full bodied, a lovely creamy texture and a dry clean finish.
Overall - itís not an exceptional blonde but it falls nicely in the band that makes it tasty and drinkable. It definitely drinks like a Belgian Ale.

330ml bottle from De Struise webshop. Pours hazy yeelow with a good long--lasting head. Aromas are bready malts, wheat, light citrus and herb hops. Taste has a lemony zing, light spice, more floral hops. Good balance of bitter and sweet. A good summer beer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled 330ml. -at Cafeteria Boulevard, Irun, Basque Country. Iíve ordered Witte but got this one; no matter, also new one. Yellow/golden coloured, small white head, odd dusty spicy nose. Sweet malty, light yeasty and hoppy with pleasant spicy notes. Also some notes of fruits near the end but all in all pretty boring beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Struise has a range of more ístandardí beer styles that are decent, but not spectacular. This is the Belgian blond in that gamma. Itís a little bit more special than the usual blond, due to the typical Struise sweetness and the subtle fresh hop bitterness.
