33cl bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden orange and bright. Nice head. Nose - flowers perhaps going into custard. Taste - some dried orange and some herbaceousness on the finish. Palate - medium to full bodied, a lovely creamy texture and a dry clean finish. Overall - it’s not an exceptional blonde but it falls nicely in the band that makes it tasty and drinkable. It definitely drinks like a Belgian Ale.

330ml bottle from De Struise webshop. Pours hazy yeelow with a good long--lasting head. Aromas are bready malts, wheat, light citrus and herb hops. Taste has a lemony zing, light spice, more floral hops. Good balance of bitter and sweet. A good summer beer.

Bottled 330ml. -at Cafeteria Boulevard, Irun, Basque Country. I’ve ordered Witte but got this one; no matter, also new one. Yellow/golden coloured, small white head, odd dusty spicy nose. Sweet malty, light yeasty and hoppy with pleasant spicy notes. Also some notes of fruits near the end but all in all pretty boring beer.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2014 Struise has a range of more ’standard’ beer styles that are decent, but not spectacular. This is the Belgian blond in that gamma. It’s a little bit more special than the usual blond, due to the typical Struise sweetness and the subtle fresh hop bitterness.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, alcohol, aceton, sherry, sweet touches. Light bitter flavour, sweet malts, hint of dry sherry. Quite dry. Finish of sherry and malts.
Interesting aged beer.

Bottle, from The Old School, in the confines of J98 LLY split with ’team backseat’ aka Leighton and Bruce - they were still awake as we motored on towards the French border! Clear pale golden with a thin white head that retains well. Nose carries pale malts, light grass, wheat, yeast. Taste comrises light sugars, grass, bready dough, orange peel, yeast. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry in the finish. A simple and drinkable offering from Struise, eminently drinkable but a bit of a come down from all the 10% goodies we’d just had at the Old School!

Postupně sem budu doplňopvat piva, co jsem vypil a zapsal si, chvilku to asi bude trvat a proto k těm dříve vypitým pivům nebudou žádné "dojmy"
