Lively beer, 0.5 dl came out of bottle by force, when I opened the cap. Hazy orange color, white head. Fruity and hoppy-spicey nose. Medium-bodied. Beer itself is quite simple: pale malty body with hints of sweetness (honey, banana) and then very aggressive citrusy hoppy finish and bitter aftertaste. Some alcohol too. But all components are nicely in balance. Enjoyable blonde.

Jul 23, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a long lasting white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Flavour is yeasty and spicy with notes of fresh fruit and hops. Good refreshing mouthfeel.

Jul 21, 2008 33 cl bottle at Den Tatoverede Enke, København. Golden color, hazy in the bottom of the bottle. Nice white head. Aroma is lovely fruity and floral. Flavor is very nice fruity and floral, sweet malt and fine hops.Light and very good.

Gushing bottle
Shady golden color, small white head. Sweet, yeasty, spicy, apricot and alcohol scent. Subtle sweet and spicy taste. Some pine neddles and nettles. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Jul 6, 2008 Bottle from under the stairs. Yellowy witbier haze, silky suds,superb sherbety woodsy aroma with lemon, pepper,sweet grassy hops,yeast, a sprinkle of barnyard and vinegar. Milky soft palate, mellow lemony citrus, quite a robust shampoo bitterness sneaking up at the end . A Silkier, less agricultural Westy blond.
