Tap at ZBF’14. Pours copper orang with a steady egg shell white head. Rich nutty nose, some caramel with citrus. Medium body, low on carbo, nice mouthfeel, nice bitterness all over the beer, some sourness kicks through in the end, together with a dry finish - peculliar. Taste is rough caramel, some woody notes, nuts and sweet malts.

Herb säuerlicher Antrunk mit milder heller Malzigkeit. Die Säuerlichkeit nimmt etwas an, trockene Bitternoten verbleiben. Süffig, etwas hefig. 11/11/12/11//11

Dark ruby amber body with high creamy head. Aroma has sour cherry caramel on the nose, pretty light. Taste has light wooddy and cherry sourness, pretty complex after taste across the caramel palate. Body is full, high carbonation.

from tap, first off why the ’wild’ ting in the RB title?, don’t think it was the HOT version. anyway.. poured a amber colour with a smaller white head. brett, õrange, some kind of fainted pines, grapefruits, caramel, creamy mouthfeel, still a lot of bitterness, complex taste.

(draught) pours a hazy deep amber colour with a frothy white head. aroma of rose essence, balsamico vinegar and mustard, quite tart, with some notes of cherries and heavy dill. flavour is mostly the same, more dill and cherries, with lots of alcohol, a hint of straw and again some musard. heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

On tap @ Zythos Beer Festival. Hazy golden/orange with a medium mostly lasting beige head and some lacing. Aroma is winey with red fruits, caramel, leathery brettanomyces, wood and green apple. Taste is moderately sweet and somewhat winey with caramel, red fruits, green apples and a warming finish. Full bodied. Moderate carbonation. Woodsy finish. A tad sticky. Pretty decent Barley Wine. Complex. A tad too heavy, but still enjoyable.

On tap at Zythos. Clear deep gold pour with thin white head. Aroma is quite leathery, fruity, tropical fruit, honey. Taste is sour, woody, fruity and leathery. Palate is med-full bodied with med-light the carbonation. A bit heavy but nice flavors.
