Can’t say anything else than that the Struise is a brilliant Brewer with a sweet caramel/port like aftertaste as it’s signature. The Rye Reserva is a wonderful Quadrupel.

Taken from notes, on draft at ’t Schooltje during a students meet brewers experience exchange. Great memories. Pours dark amber with a nice firm beige head. Rich malty nose, stewed dark stone fruits (prunes, dates, figs). Rich full body, high on sweetness but ever silky as Always with Struise. Flavours are peach, dates, caramel and roasted malts. Nice!
