(Flasche) Es hat eine mittel bis dunkelbraune Farbe, wenig Trübung, aber "Schlonz", und wenig weißen Schaum. Das Aroma riecht fruchtig, pflumig leicht erdig/belgisch und wenig süßlich. Der Geschmack ist eher schlank, aber sonst wie das Aroma. Bittere gibt es eigentlich nicht. Die Karbonisierung ist gut so. Zusammengefasst; gut.

330ml bottle. Cloudy amber with broad red glow, small white head. Dark malt aroma, dark fruit and a spicy note. Taste is very much the same, slightly sweet and with the spicy note turned more yeasty.

33cl bottle. Dark amber colour with creamy tan head. Aroma is fruity, caramelish, slightly sweet and spicy. Flavour is slightly sweet with a cover of sourness, bready, red fruits are present. Dry final. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

33cl bottle. Dark orange and hazy with medium and tanned head. Nose : Deep aromas of dried fruits like plums and apricots. Roasty and a bit chocolate toffee notes. Sip : Oily with a medium density. Small carbonation. Little sweet covered quickly by a gentle but complexe sourness. We can find a taste of yeast surrounded by dried fruity feeling. Dry aftertaste. Very complexe beer. In some way it reminds me a bit of Orval and on the other hand not at all since it’s flat and has this coffee like bitter end. Still it’s quite nice.

Bottle. Cloudy orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma of apple, grains and roast. Flat, watery flavour with hints of yeast and some vanilla. Quite disappointing. Some roasty bitterness detected. I"ve expected more of this. Not bad nonetheless, but could have been much better.

Bottle 33cl. 2008 vintage. Pours a murky copper colour with a small head and massive carbonation. Aroma is vague and I’d almost say absent, but can detect hints of grass and vanilla so it seems.

Bottle. 2007 vintage. Pours dirty orange blonde with off white head. Nose/taste of bread, honey cakes, caramel, burnt orange and burnt lemon peel. Some metallic notes distract from the otherwise tasty brew. Possibly, due to the age. Medium body.
