Small offwhite head. Amber body with carbonation. Wooden spicy lacquer aroma with soapy perfumy notes. Delicate and harmonic. Dry-sweet intensely spicy taste with soapy coriander and perfume notes. Light body. Mild mouthfeel. Dry soapy spicy aftertaste with cinnamon notes. Unbalanced. Too intensely spicy, which makes it soapy. (0.33l bottle, Bacchus Cornelius, Brugge. Vintage 2007.)

330 ml bottle. From Woesten/Vleteren, Belgium.
Clear reddish amber colour with small to average creamy off-white head. Berries, yeast, malt and caramel in aroma. Caramel malt, some berries, yeast and bitterish hops in flavour. Quite fizzy.

Floral hops, balanced freshness and strongness. Red and light brown body with minimal head. Bitterness and sticky body make it an easy drink. Nice, but expected something more special. (2008 brew, 33cl bottle, 2,75 EUR)

Hopper (751) - The Alamo, Texas, USA - JUN 10, 2010
2008 bottle. Consumed May 2010. This is a copper color beer with an OK head. The aroma is slightly spicy maybe almost peppery that partly covers up the light fruitiness in the background. The taste is very pleasant and refreshing. This is a soft beer with an almost spritzy mouthfeel and a watery finish that has some citric qualities.

Bottle, thanks Vaiz! Cloudy orange amber pour, large slightly tanned head. Aroma of fruits, citrus, hop and some wine like something. Flavour is mildly bitter of hops with a sweet fruity and malty side note. Also some spices and caramel. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a hazy deep amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of deep caramel malt with more sweetness then anticipated and light candi sugar notes. Taste is also a nice enough mix between some medium sweet caramel malt with light notes of toffee and a light bready yeast note at the end. Body is quite full with good carbonation and minimal filtration. Well done though not the most complex beer from this brewer and maybe a tad too sweet for its’ own good.
