Bottle I brought to cgarvieuk’s sunday sojourn. Cloudy golden with a thin filmy white head. Sour nose, some sweetness of unripe cherry and sharp fruit. Mouth is sweet and some sharpness, bit too sweet, very dry, some woodiness, little bit sour. Alright, could do with more flavour. Good though.

slightly red. Fruit in the nose (cerises) but not in the mouth. Tastes like water. Much ado about nothing. Great expectations who are not fulfilled....

pours a couldy amber with a tanish head, that leaves some lacing on the glass. Aroma is roasted nuts, noble hops, and Struise yeast. Flavor is malty, yet dry, with a refreshing bitterness... somewhat piney. Also some what spicy tasting. palate is very active and fresh feeling. Another very nice beer from Striuse.

Bottle. High creamy good looking white head. Hazy dark orange body. Strong barley malt aroma, simple but good. Astonishingly mild and sweet barley malt flavor without much hops bitterness. Low carbonation and a long sweet aftertaste.

A very dry Belgian ale. Light malt and lots of hops. Some sugar, and a cloudy appearance. Spicy. Very good palate, like I would expect from Struise.

MN Winter RB Gathering. Very nice ripe, tropical, and citrus fruits, as well as a nice dose of biscuity malt and a light yeaty spiciness. Very nice and well made beer.

Bottle provided by joebrew. Fruity esters on the nose: banana and pineapple. Some dry, dusty hay-like yeast. Pours a slightly viscous looking bright gold. An odd agave nectar malt presence on the tongue. Honey, bread dough and pineapple as well. Medium bodied finishing with a good dose of dusty yeast.

I think this is what I wanted to say. My notes in my phone under "palate" read as follows: "med nod fubudgeds teasty." I have no idea what the hell that means.

Really light amber colour with a bit of light head. Nothing much in the aroma. Nice flavour, some funk and fruit and yeast character. Interesting for a simple belgian ale.
