Bottle. Pours a very interesting sort of pinkish color with a decent white head that has okay retention and little lacing. Aroma is slightly funky, some vinous notes. Taste has some nice white zinfandel/vinous notes, some sweet crystal malt, raspberry tart, sour peaches. Very nice/refreshing.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 MatSciGuy (866) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 5, 2010
[2007 Bottle] Pours a clear amber color with a smallish soapy white head that sticks around a bit. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, some belgian yeast, candi-like sweetness, some light toastiness, and actually some vinous character as well. Flavor is quite sweet at first, moreso than I was expecting, but the mouthfeel is actually a bit thin. There are the typical toasty amber malts, slightly metallic, and not much of the caramel that I was smelling. Basically, it’s a standard amber ale with belgian yeast. For that reason, I like it better than most, but it’s still an amber ale. Nice and drinkable, not too thought provoking.

Bottle 2010-02-28, Göteborg
AR: ants acid, yeast - bubbles over
AP: grey clody beverage, wee white head
F: yeast, high dryness, some undefined fruits, not so funny!
Wonder were the picked up that name Rosse - no correlation to the color of the body anyhow!

33cl bottle. Hazy amber color with a small white head. Aroma is very malty with some nuts and yeast. Taste is malty with nuts and a dry light bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is to aqueous. Average brew.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Abio (1058) - Waasland, BELGIUM - FEB 17, 2010
UPDATED: JUN 6, 2010 Bottle 2008. Nice head on amber coloured liquid. Reminds me a lot of the beer ’hoegaarden’, except the colour ofcourse... but less strong taste. Not bad at all, but nothing special. A bit to watery for me, could use some more body. But very drinkeable.
