Pours a hazy copper brown color with a nice beige head. Aroma is nicely fruity, some apples and berries, caramels and matls. Flavors of malts, dry apples, caramels, nutty and a hint of yeast and spices. Good carbonation, bitter and sour dry finish. A little creamy finish in mouth. A really nice warm beer and and pleasant after taste.

2008 bottle at Delirium. Copper colored with large white head that slowly settles; not much lacing. Aroma of citrus and black pepper, possibly some anise. Much like Pannepeut, but on the lighter side. Thin Body. OK beer, but the rest of the range is far superior.

Pours a hazy amber color with a creamy white head. Aroma is of fruity malt and also a bit sharp spicy and alcohol. Flavor is a lot more dry then I expected. Quite bitter and even slightly sour with some raspberry and currants. Dry bitter finish. Medium carbonation.

It is indeed a beer like a redhead. I reminded a lot of the Palm (Special Belge)-style. Not a winner in my book though...

Light amber and unclear. Has an off-white head, lasting. Yeasty aroma, pepper, yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Dry texture. A bit astringent. Soft carbonation.
