33cl, amber/brown colour. Big white head. Grainy aroma. Hoppy hints. Dry finish, not really my cup of tea.

33cl bottle. Pours almost orange with a small to medium head. Rather short retention. Nose is quite fruity, very malty and yeasty. Taste is quite citrusy and malty. A bit acidic and dry "lambic-like" Not much sweetness. Finish is quite dry and citrusy.Very interesting brew, quite original. Carbonation is very interesting. Lots and lots of tiny bubbles. Quite faint carbonation overall but somehow very present. Some very pale and short lived lacing. Tiny funky/acidic hint on the finish. Note to self : This was delightful I should get more of it !

33 cl. bottle from Dranken Geers in Belgium. Pours a hazy light brown whith an offwhite inch-high head. The nose is yeasty with malt and cane-sugar and someyhing that reminds me of banana. The taste is pretty anonymous with a odd bitterness in the finish. Alot of yeasts and citricnotes with hints of breadcrumps nuts and malts. Well I guess this one is not my favorite.

2008 bottle. Pours hazy dark amber with a very shallow beige head. Aromas of tropical fruit. Medium body with light, frothy carbonation. Flavors of lush fruits, yeast and caramel. Hardly any bitter. Pleasant. Different. Bottle says walnuts. I’ll go with that.

marcus (3763) - Sacramento, California, USA - AUG 3, 2009
2008 bottle shared by bhensonb. This cloudy apricot colored beer poured with a very thin beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a unique flavor that is chalky and malty, not at all sweet. This strange walnut flavor sticks well to the palate.
