thanks faroeviking for sharing. 2007 version. slightly sour aroma, a lilttle faint. appears unclear yellow/orange. flavor a bit like chemicals, rather flat and uninteresting i need to know the style better. very dry. sort of well balanced.

Bottle from Kelk pub in Brugge. Cool amber, cloudy appearance with a white head. Sweetness on your nose. Complex flavors of fruit, malt, and some bitterness. Also a bit of earhy funkiness and tad undertone of sourness.

2007 Pours a cloudy dirty gold with a decent head. Aroma of banana, light caramel, a bit nutty. Nice flavor. Better than I remember it from earlier this year.

Bottle shared by grimreeser. Pours orange with an off white head. Great nose of sweet banana and belgian esters. Lighter side of medium bodied. Nice light citrus, banana, and nutty flavors, but not too heavy. Refreshing but full of flavor. Great session beer

Bottle@Monks Cafe, Stockholm Appearance: Golden yellow with a generous head that vanishes all to quickly. Aroma: Fruit, Grain, Berries, Citric Notes. Flavor: Exotic fruit, Citric notes, Yeast, Wheat, Berries. Palate: Very refreshing and balanced, like a lambic-wannabe. Lots of carbonation. A lambic wannabe ? :) Not an exceptional brew but definitely something i would consider drinking again. Very nice on a hot summers day!

33cl, brew Anno 2007, from Geers Oostakker, complex, yet easy to drink, cloudy, small head, nice brew

Hazy orange with a monster for head. Lots of spicy coriander and fruits in the aroma. Uhm, it’s sooo refreshing! Sweet oranges, vanilla and biscuits make out the flavours of this wonderful amber ale.

Bottle, from cgarvieuk. Thanks Craig! Hazy but attractive copper/orange. Persistant butter colored head, lingering there patiently while I wait for the glass to warm up a bit. The smell of my parents back garden in spring: on one side, rhubarb stalks pushing up through the cool wet soil. On the other side, the compost pile begins to warm in the sun, a year’s worth of coffee grounds, leaves and grass clippings mouldering their way back to soil. Back inside, my mom bakes a pumpkin pie, and cinnamon and nutmeg waft outdoors, subtly perfuming the air... Dry rhubarb fruit flavor, with a big menthol mineral bite. Lingering tart prickly chalk. Messy and unfocused, but full of snap and life. A true farmhouse sort of beer, rustic and unsophisticatedly pleasing. Go on: call it a saison.
