Poured hazy medium amber with a short, well-retained cap of off-white head. The aroma picked up a distinct Belgian yeast impression showcasing cloves, cinnamon, and floral notes.. medium-skinned and darker fruits gave some influence.. quite inviting. The flavor had fruits that tended toward the darker side.. spicy yeast (white pepper and coriander among others) hit toward the middle.. dried fruits return on the finish.. tasty and well balanced. Medium-bodied or a tad lighter on the palate with a dry, spicy feel to it.. higher carbonation. Very good brew! Marsiblursi (1634), Göteborg, Sweden
