Jun 2, 2008 A coloração é alaranjada. O creme bege é bastante consistente e medianamente persistente. De baunilha é o forte e agradável aroma. Na boca, a alta carbonatação é de textura macia e não compromete. No paladar, mais baunilha e um toque de maçãs verdes confere um surpreendente frescor. No acabamento, uma suave sourness e um leve amargor.

May 31, 2008 Tashi’s house, 28/05/08. Bottle courtesy of Mes and Reakt. Cloudy orange with a spicy aroma. Very soft and smooth on the tongue. Packs the flavours of a blonde beer but also a decent amount of malt. Nice stuff.

May 18, 2008 Amber pour tall dense white head, no real lacing. Almost no aroma, light grains... and ??. Palate is light and fluffy touch of creaminess in the finish. Flavor is odd, finishes w/ a sweet almost grainy taste.. leaves a taste I can’t really Id but I like it.. odd flavors imparted in the yeast here... I like this beer though.

May 14, 2008 2007. 33cL bottle, thanks to my cousin ggaughan. Pours amber with a slightly orange hue; capped with a moderate sized off-white head. Sweet aroma, with tropical fruit - most notably pineapple - along with wheat and caramel. Flavor is primarily wheat, with some coriander, caramel and sugar. Very easy to drink.

May 14, 2008 (Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 6% abv) Dark amber colour with huge, frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with dark fruit, blood oranges, yeasty and slightly acetic, earthy notes. Malty taste with notes of dark fruit, roasted nuts, black-currant and a slightly earthy bitterness in the finish. Discreet yeasty hints, very fresh flavours. Nice balance, good beer.
