Quite subtle. Dry and slightly bitter. Fruit lingers in the aftertaste. Nicely drinkable. Not one of Struise’s blockbusters but a very enjoyable beer.

Very soft round aroma of vanilla, cardamom, rye and phenols. High carbonation, but very soft, round and focused. A hint of sourness on the palate. A bit thin and weak. Some green apples in the finish and finally a soft bitterness. This beer would be really good at two percent more alcohol, so the body would match the aroma. HenrikSoegaard (4327), Randers, Denmark
