An unclear orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma is primarily spicy with coriander standing out, but also quite sweet. The flavor is sweet with notes of coriander and honey.

(Bottle 50 cl) My version brewed by Caulier. Hazy golden with a dense and lively, off-white head leaving a broad curtain of laces. Sweetish aroma of caramel and fruit - perhaps a slight maderization. Rather good body, completely dominated by sweet, caramelish malt and brown sugar. Very subdued bitterness. A malt lover’s session beer... 070307

Bottled. Hazy pale amber. Aroma of tangerines. Sweet and medium bodied with soft, yet lively mouthfeel. Concentrated flavours of bready malt, vanilla and fruit. Pleasant and somewhat unusual.

33 cL bottle. Pours unfiltered/muddy brown with crispy wite head leaving a nice lacing. Aroma is yeasty, sweet caramel malt and berry fruity into a slight sour note. Classical belgian carbonation. Flavour is sweet caramel malt, berry sweet/sourness from the yeast and a slight bitterness into the finish from the hops. Otherwise is the finish more sweet than dry. Very pleasant, reminds me a lot about westvletern 6.

Bottle. Unclear hazy medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty, moderate yeasty, notes of raspberry / peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, and dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (111007)

Bottled (as Moeder Lambic Amber). Hazy nutbrown/orange colour, mediumsized white head. Barnyard, wheat and malts in aroma. Flavour is wheat and malts with very unpleasant sweetness. Refreshing though, but still boring beer.

Bottled. Hazy amber coloured with a big but fast disappearing head. Fruity aroma with some sweetness and with notes of spices and wheat Fruity flavour with some sweetness and with notes of caramel, spices and wheat. Reminds me of a french blonde (ambré), but in contrary to many of the french blonde’s is this uninfected.
