As "Authentic Struise Rosse 2007" SR No.2. (33 cl bottle labeled 6.0% ABV) BB 06/2010.
Clear dark orange color, tan head. Sweet, nettle, bubblegum, grassy scent. Malty, acidic, bubbelgum taste, a bit acidic. Spicy and acidic aftertaste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

330ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Hazy orangy red, at first fizzy head, settles to soemthing lighter and more persistent. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet malty taste, slightly nutty bitterness, quite crisp peppery hops and some spicyness from the yeast. Some sourness there too. Kind of like a sweet weak blond, a bit gutless for a Belgian ale. (Had twice, a year apart, came to same conclusion both times.) Horribly over-rated.

Bottle at home, picked this up from Dranken Geers, near Gent, Belgium 03-03-08, drank 09-03-08 Soft summer fruits are the theme here. This beer was sweeter than I expected with barely a hint of tang or sourness at all. Poured reddy/light brown colour bit hazy with a small head a very slight sourness on the nose. The carbonation was quite mellow and on second taste there was some lychee and tropical fruits steeped in watery syrup. I liked this, it’s not at all what I expected but it was really interesting and quite different.

Bottled. Purchased at Delirium Cafe. Reddened hazy amber with a huge faomy, fluffy white head. Nose is mildly grainy with light fruits and spices, some perfumy and flowery notes along with mild sweetness. Taste is sweet and malty with fruit, grains, faint hints of candy and lighter spices. Body is very efferevescent but somewhat smooth. Finish is more fruits with bubblegum and spices.
