De baunilha é o forte e agradável aroma. Na boca, a alta carbonatação é de textura macia e não compromete. No paladar, mais baunilha e um toque de maçãs verdes confere um surpreendente frescor. No acabamento, uma suave sourness e um leve amargor.

Aroma is very nutty, some caramel, and notes of wheat and different spices. The taste is very smooth, hints of nuts, yeast, bread, and quite peppery. Low bodied, almost no lacing, but still enough complexity for a low alcohol beer.

I drank whilst watching Holland vs Argentina in the World Cup on a balmy evening in south east Kent. Like the football it has touches of breathtaking brilliance. It has the necessary hard working malty midfielders, the balance of the Dutch with perfect passing between aroma, mouth, palate and finish. The striking punch is there too, incisive acids on the generous raspberry fruit and some sourness on the finish (for the losing fans to complete the very lame footballing cliches). Clear russet colour, lasting white head. Raspberry malt on aroma with some toffee. Fullish in mouth, some toffee influenced raspberry, herby hops to finish grimreeser (797), Minnesota, USA

Aroma of fruity malts, citrus, grapefruit? Flavor of sweet malt quickly gives way to woodsy piney nut flavors with dry spicy finish. Thoroughly enjoyable beer.
