A coloração é alaranjada. O creme bege é bastante consistente e medianamente persistente. De baunilha é o forte e agradável aroma. Na boca, a alta carbonatação é de textura macia e não compromete. No paladar, mais baunilha e um toque de maçãs verdes confere um surpreendente frescor. No acabamento, uma suave sourness e um leve amargor.

Pours red side of copper. Aroma is sour fruity and yeast. Taste is medium sourness, lots of yeast, toffee sweetness, fruits and sugars. A dry bitter finish with a little sourness. A very good intruiging well flavoured ale.

Flip-top bottle. Unclear golden-amber color with huge white head. Spicy, wheaty, sweet. Thick and soft mouthfeel. Highly drinkable.

(Bottled, "Moeder Lambic Amber") Opaque orange with a medium, white head. Fruity, banana-berryish aroma. Banana-fruity, balanced, slightly acidic flavor. Medium-bodied, crisp palate with quite low carbonation. A very nice and crisp, full-bodied witbier.

33cl bottle at KBF Poperinge. Pours a hazy amber coulered beer with the slightests of heads. Aroma is very nutty, some caramel, and notes of wheat and different spices. The taste is very smooth, hints of nuts, yeast, bread, and quite peppery. Low bodied, almost no lacing, but still enough complexity for a low alcohol beer.

33cl bottle from those most generous guys at Struise brewery. I drank whilst watching Holland vs Argentina in the World Cup on a balmy evening in south east Kent. Like the football it has touches of breathtaking brilliance. It has the necessary hard working malty midfielders, the balance of the Dutch with perfect passing between aroma, mouth, palate and finish. The striking punch is there too, incisive acids on the generous raspberry fruit and some sourness on the finish (for the losing fans to complete the very lame footballing cliches). Clear russet colour, lasting white head. Raspberry malt on aroma with some toffee. Fullish in mouth, some toffee influenced raspberry, herby hops to finish

2007 Pours a cloudy dirty gold with a decent head. Aroma of banana, light caramel, a bit nutty. Nice flavor. Better than I remember it from earlier this year.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden brown with thick sustaining head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma of fruity malts, citrus, grapefruit? Flavor of sweet malt quickly gives way to woodsy piney nut flavors with dry spicy finish. Thoroughly enjoyable beer.
