Frisch hopfiger aber auch klebriger Antrunk. Mild bitter, konstanter Hopfen, etwas blumig. Nett. 11/12/11/11//11

Keg at Het Oude Schooltje, during the 3rd Zombier Anniversary, 18/10/14. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is punchy tropicals, straw, bitter citrics, apricot. Taste comprises yeast esters, straw, pale malt, tangerine, apricot, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with sweet and sour vibes. Solid hoppy affair.

Draft @ Struise Schooltje.

Draught @ De Struise Brewery @ The Old School. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head, leaving some nice lacings. Aroma of malt, grassy hops, light tropical fruit, mango, melon, peach. Flavor is malt, grassy, tropical fruit, peach, mango, little sweet, citrus notes, some alcohol aswell. Full body, soft carbonation, light warming alcohol. 020814

Big offwhite lasting head. Hazy deep yellow body. Spicy floral fruity aroma with honey notes. Dry spicy floral honey taste with metal and grain notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, faintly sharp mouthfeel. Dryish honey and lie aftertaste with floral spicy notes. Lovely! Highly drinkable and very harmonic. (0.08l draft at brewery.)

26/IV/14 - on tap @ ZBF 2014 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2014-398) Thanks to the Belgian Ratebeer crew for sharing today’s beers!

Little hazy dark orange to amber beer, almost no head. Aroma: bit sweet, fruity, little cheesy, some soap, spicy, bit of sweetened yoghurt. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: little sour, sweet, bit sugary, nice bitterness, grains, grape sugar. Aftertaste: some yoghurt, bit cheesy, sweet, grapefruit notes. Weird result if I read now "Continuously single hopped with Cascade hops."

Thanks. Tasting glass @ ZBF 2014. Hazy orange, small but solid white head. Beer appears to be way too cold. Picking up little in the nose, cold, faintly metallic, orange, fruity hops, flowers, touch white bread yeast. Taste is mellow orange peel hops, white bread yeast, citrus, sweet yeast, touch cereal. Very creamy mouthfeel. Not bad but nothing astonishing either. Feels like a great beer to session which can be tricky with a Struise beer given availability and above all price. It must be mentioned that I do find a lot of fresh hop ales off-putting and this was enjoyable fors ure.

ZBF Pours yellow/orange , no real foam . Smell is not intense Taste has hay , grains , and is rather intense . low carbonation , and a nice drinkability . I don’t really taste hops here , so very different than expected .
