Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bourbon. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bourbon, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted caramelish and light yeasty. Caramelish, sweet and toasted malty. Sweet malty and light fruity. Toasted and light phenolic finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Vintage 2011. Pours a cloudy amber with a small, creamy off-white head. Lightly phenollic aroma with some brown sugar. Thick and syrupy, caramel and toffee with a phenollic touch. Very little barrel character - and hardly any traces of Bourbon. 210113

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty woody bourbon aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty woody flavor. Has a sweetish malty yeasty caramel woody bourbon finish.

Botella @ KingCecil’s birthday party. Amber colour, off-white head, medium sized. Malty sweet yeasty bit spiced pleasant aroma. Good mouthfeel. Sweet toasty malty caramel dark fruity and yeasty flavour with bit spice to it.

Mild gusher. Pours murky red orange with a medium, staying, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, caramel, pepper, vanilla, sweet oak, red berries (mainly raspberry). Medium carbonation, fine dry and rather creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has lovely sweet malts, caramel, doughy, cloves, pepper, a touch of cinnamon, vanilla and coriander. Long, lingering sweet and mildspicy finish. Warming. The bourbon adds more to the aroma than the flavour.

Bottle. Amber color. Malt, caramel, confit cherry and a hint of vinegar in the aroma. Oak, bourbon and vanilla in the malty, slightly alcoholic flavor. Hint of confit cherry. Full bodied.

Bottle shared with craftycarl21, GT2 and Dan the Man. Cloudy variegated golden amber color, large fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of vanilla, citrus, summer fruit. Taste is smooth and silky peaches and cream, very subtle whiskey. Nice stuff.
