COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep to orange blond abbey triple winterbeer which has been lagered for 8 months on different stonefruits. Tsjeeses was born out of a 5 year brew experience regarding x-mas beer without being capable of finding a suitable name up to now. With the name came a face, a caricature actually, that was drawn on the day Urbain, our brew master and master brewer, drank too many Tsjeeses's. Every time he drinks one, he says "Tsjeeses, what a beer". Therefore the name is more an expression of stupefaction than a curse. We have had already many discussions around the pronounciation of "Tsjeeses". Very close would be that you say "cheeses" or cheese in plural.

Thanks TampaBrew for the share. Pours hazy yellow with an off-white head. Nose is apple, malt, caramel, grapes, and white sugar with hints of Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar and as IBrew2or3 said "Flintstones Vitamins." Finish is sugary apple. Interesting triple.

330mL. Sadly nowhere near the awesomeness of the Reserva- I’m super spoiled. Pours a very cloudy gold with enormous amount of yeast floaties in gravitational suspension. Huge frothy, beige head with great retention and lacing. Aroma is spiced apple, minerals, yeast, must. Taste is an enormous sugar bomb Hilarious how the BA version of this has more pronounced alcohol. But the real difference is the lack of the wood/cedar notes that add spicy dryness to the sugary sweetness. So the non BA version I find a bit unilateral and wanting.

Bottle shared by superdave -- thanks! Pours a hazy copper color with a trim white head. Smells a lot like Pannepot. Tastes of yeast, browned apples, brown sugar, and diaper. A bit hot, but certainly not bad.

POurs a hazy brown. Nose is a strange medicinal notes, mild tartness and spice, some hints of sugars. Flavor is a strange melting pot of sugar, spice and medicine with hints of flowers and sweet malts.

2008 Bottle from Capone’s. Grape citrus aroma. Cloudy, golden body, with a good amount of sediment and a thin fluffy head. Flavor is filled with grape, orange and pine well balanced and hides the alcohol well... very tasty. I would have to agree, the aroma does remind me of Flintstone vitamins

Courtesy of TampaBrew. Pours hazy copper with gold edges and nice white head. The aroma is flintstone vitamins, dark grape like fruitiness and vague sweetness. The taste is the same with dark colored flintstone vitamins, blueberries, dark grapes, some tartness and a thin layer of floral hop notes in the background.

LIVE RATE! Cloudy and a bit chunky amber with an off white head. Aroma has some yeast, apples, spices, and honey. Flavor is a bit sweet with some honey and a little hops. Very interesting and nice.

I was delighted to find something from Struise on draft at The Ginger Man. A rich, hoppy abbey ale with nice esters and a warm aftertaste. The flavors blend together very nicely.
