Bottle. Pours slight hazy amber coloured with a nice big lacing and lasting off white head. Aromas of dried fruit, caramel, sugar, orange fruit and some alcohol. Rich and sweet flavour with notes of caramel, dried fruit, yeast and warming alcohol. Great beer.

Jan 2, 2010 Had this one over Thanksgiving dinner! Nice, lightly foggy golden color with a good white head. Nose is light fruits and malts with some nice spices. Similar in the mouth: light fruits with some nice, zesty spices. An amazing Triple, and good compliment for Thanksgiving dinner! I wish I had more for the rest of the holiday season...

Dec 31, 2009 Foams quickly out of the bottle to produce a murky brown-orange body with a light khaki colored head. Aroma is dulled yeasty esters, caramels, dried fruit, lightly spicy. Taste is sweet, caramel, fruits, raisins, apparent alcohol, spicy yeasty estery finish.

Dec 31, 2009 This is not a Christmas beer, this is simply a good beer. Fruit comes in first. things like apricot and other dried summerly one, orange peels a little bit. Afterwards a nice hop comes and stays in the mouth for a while. Now I wish I could taste the reserva!

Dec 30, 2009 Pours an orange color with lots of yeast chunks and a nice off-white head. Aroma is very fruity, malts and yeasts, even a little champagne-like aroma. Flavors is again very fruity, raisins and grapes, herbal, yeast, honey and spices. Low carbonation, creamy and very smooth, good sweetness and bitterness. This is a very complex brew, lots of strong aromas and flavors, with a long lasting taste in mouth. This is really great Xmas brew, a great way to end your winter day.

Dec 27, 2009 Pours a murky orange with great lacing. Aroma-caramel hay, citrus, green apple and banana esters. Flavor- apricot, molasses, spices, earth, hops, caramel. Hops in the finish with a nice malty sweet complexity.

Dec 27, 2009 A hazy light amber coloured ber with small white head and medium carbonation. A fruity yeasty aroma mixed with some hops. Full bit sparkling palate. Finish is bitter, bit roasted ending with an alcoholic touch.
