3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a deep hazy orange with slight amber hues, thick white head, lots of lacing, lots of yeast floaties, despite efforts to minimize with long storage to settle and only 2/3 pour, so I just poured the rest in. Aroma of yeast, bread, very highly spiced, clove, and a decent alcohol smell. Flavor matches well and makes for a nice warming, but refreshing brew. Swirling the glass made for nice carbonation release the entire drink long, released lots of aromas. Quite nice.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
It poured opaque honey colored with a huge head. The aroma was very bready. The flavor was slightly sweet but finished with a tangy, sweet finish, that was slightly mouthwatering.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Color is amber/bronze and a bit cloudy. Huge white head with an amber accent. Smells like a sour beer, only a bit sweeter. A combination of different tastes, such as caramel, candied fruit and spices, gives for an incredible beer. Delicious.

Köpt på monks struise bar, Stockholm. Flaska från 2012. Ganska söt och tung öl som passar att sippa på. Rätt så ljus färg. Nästan lika god som pannepot.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Belgian blonde with alot of spices. When it’s cold it doesn’t work that well. the bitterness doesn’t work together with the spices and sweetness - but when the beer gets a bit air and gets warmer everything feels better in place, although i would probably like these spices better in a darker ale, like a Quad or dubbel.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
2015/03/17 - Pours a hazy, rusty-orange colour with a thin, fizzy, off white head that quickly dissipates. Minimal lacing. Aroma is apples, plums, sweet caramel malt, vanilla, a hint of musk and woody notes. Taste follows nose; apples, plums, spices, sweet caramel and oak with a hint of booze. Mouthfeel is medium with biting carbonation and a sweet, dry, warming finish. Good stuff.
