Yellow blond, low carbonation. Not much alcohol but full of taste. Sour acidic, vinegar, lemon. Refreshing but maybe a litte bit too one dimensional

On tap at Brouwer’s Sour Fest 2013. Cloudy orange pour, little to no carb. Yeasty tangerine, with a tartness that really builds in the mouth. Not bad at all.

(draught) pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. strange aroma of shashlik fat, limes, pretzels and orange peel, with a hint of nürnberger bratwust and mint. flavour is heavy kiwi, pineapple and gooseberries, with a hint of bacon fat, banana, oats and a tart lingonberry finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

Yellow with almost no head. Nose and taste is sour but well balanced with some sweetness. Still full bodied for the low alcohol.

Bottle @ ZeeBra Extreme Beer Festival 2013. Hazy yellow pour. Aroma of citrus, spicy, meaty and funky. Flavor is sour spicy, some brett. Thin and with a bit one-dimensional citrus sourness.

Pours muddy yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has pork chops, pepper, citrus, funk, wheat. Medium carbonation, nice dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Good flavour of citrus, tartness, light lactic, some funk and a bit of wood. Nice dryness.

Bottle @ ZeeBra. Aroma has some spice, pepper and a slight sweaty yeasty note, probably lactic acid (?). Flavour has some lactic acid, fruity notes, a bit yeasty and peppery, leans towards the german styles like berliner weisse and gose. Nice and very full for the abv.

Very hazy yellow body and no head. Light funk, citric, apple juice. Light bitter, acidic, short ending. Really easily drinkable, refreshingly dry. Much better than I expected. (ZeeBra)
