Bue à la pression chez De Struise. Blonde claire, très légère. Acidité bien présente. Pas vraiment à mon goût.

Draft... Pours hazy and golden with a short-lived, white head. Notes of apple, pear and citrus acidity in the nose. Light-bodied with tingly carbonation. The flavor is tart and citrusy. Crisp, tangy, dry finish

Bottle. Hazy golden, off-white head. Barnyard, lemon and earthy garden notes in aroma. Sour fruityness too. Lemony notes mixed with vinegar in taste, funkyness as well. Dry and tart finish. Refreshing brew.

Special kind of sour, oak-aged ’table beer’ with thin, off-white head and hazy golden blonde colour; aroma of apple, pepper, tannins, mango, pear, sour yoghurt, meat, sweat. Complex taste, surprisingly full body for a beer of this low ABV, a bit creamy even, estery with citrus peel freshness, dry sourness and long, dry, tart and somewhat woody finish. Nice, like its fruit variants.

Bottle generously shared by Todd. Thanks! A: Gold color, thin ring of head. N: Grapefruit, lemon zest, grain, cherry, and some acetone. T: Semi-sweet, very tart. M: Light body, spritzy carbonation. . O: Nice beer. It’s pretty large for only being 3% - I’m kind of surprised it’s not listed as Berliner.

750 ml thanks to Todd. Pours a big, no huge white head, gusher. A sour funky brett nose. The flavor is light sour wood, brett, cherries, light sour fruit. Quite good. Fluffy. Big fruity sourness, cherries and raspberries. Good. No way it is 3%!

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a cloudy orange with no head. The aroma is strong funk, rubber, and oak. Thin mouthfeel with a nice sour lemon, oak, tart finish. Really enjoyed this, very good.
