Hazy dark orange. Really thick sticky texture. The flavour has lots of sweet, sticky fruit especially orange marmalade. Warming finish.

Orange beer, good head holds ok, good siropy. A nice mixture of honey, caramel and sweet fruits. All hops still finds the way trough, good combined, better then hoping for. Decent brew.

tap at de molen ... hazy ... amber ... thin tan head .... soft fruit ... light sweet nose ... oh juicy sweet fruits ... rich and sweet ... complex ... lovely ...

Clear dark orange beer, big aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, some stable ripe to overripe exotic fruits, quite some overripe banana, touch of milk chocolate. MF: soft to no carbon, full body, soft smooth texture. Taste: pretty sweet, sugary, lots of ripe banana, caramel, fudge, cit of citrus, ripe mango. Aftertaste: candi sugar, banana, little bitter, ripe fruits, mainly just sugary.

On tap at the school house. WOW. Talk about drinking liquid candy - this stuff is awesome! Was the drink of choice for the two day visit...

Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy yeasty, candy, fruity - dried fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, candy - fruity yeast, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120511]

Draft @ ’t Schooltje, thanks Carlo. Orangée opaque, col beige crémeux. Arôme sucré, fruité avec une pointe de malt, le tout garde un net bouquet houblonné sur de belles notes tropicales et en retrait ce profile belge. En bouche, alcool bien présent, le palais est épais visqueux avec un épais fruité allant vers l’orange. Le tout est doux/sucré collant légèrement aux lèvres. Cette viscosité de bouche rappelle quasi un miel épais. On y remarque donc les caractéristiques qui en font la 5squared et la AA, et en y prêtant bien attention on voit ici toute l’influence de cette Quad. dans les deux bières surtout au niveau d’épaisseur de bouche que je trouvais trop prononcé sur la 5squared. Se laisse déguster au calme, complexe avec un alcool qui reste présent sans être trop prenant.

At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of dried fruit, malt and some citrus. Very sweet malty flavour with fruity notes and a bit of a sugary feel. Slightly bitter finish

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a lightly hazy, bright gold with a fine, foamy head. Light yeast, rich bread and ripe fruit make up the aroma. Hugely sweet flavor with honey, caramel, ripe fruits, golden raisins, rich bread, light alcohol. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish with rich sugars, ripe fruits, marmalade. Very sweet but still nicely balanced. An excellent quad.
