Bottle (330ml). Slightly hazy amber with a large, lasting white frothy head. Aroma of yeast, coriander, tangerine and sweet malt. Very sweet taste, mild sweet spice and light citrus acidity. Watery, mildly carbonated body, light acidity and a quick finish. Tasty, a little soft.

Bottle courtesy of Bu11zeye: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and wheat is refreshing. Taste is a mix between some coriander, orange peel and a potent wheat malt profile. This beer has load of carbonation with almost a spritzer-like feel to it and a full body with minimal filtration. Very refreshing beer overall but a more accentuated spice profile with bigger malt would have been awesome.

Pour is lightly hazed golden with a thin bright white head...smell is funky, but not sour funky...like blue cheese and cheese rind funky...also, faintly spicy, but just so...taste is yeasty with some faint malty sweetness...

11.2 oz bottle from Cobra, thanks! Murky orange, with a medium lasting white head. Almost looks like carbonated apple cider. Aroma is grainy and sweet with honey, apple, spices, and dirty yeast. Taste is citrus, spices, with some fresh apple, somewhat old grain and yeast funk, with honey sweetness in the background. Finishes tart with some citrus rind. Although certainly not bad, this one didn’t come together very well.

330ml bottle (Bier Paradise, Belgium)
Pale hazy orange, fizzy head. Sweet, light grainy aroma. Very thin, a bit too fizzy. Tastes alcoholic. Come to think of it, it even smells alcoholic - not good for a 5% beer. Bland taste, some yeastiness, hints of orange zest and coriander and a bit of dust. About as far from ’robust’ as it’s possible to get; it’s not even refreshing like a Hoegaarden. Poor example of a wit.

Orlando, Fl. - Knightly Spirits - 11.2 oz bottle. Light golden, murky pour with an ever-so-soft pillowy white head that leaves a nice coat of lacing. Interesting aroma - pick up hints of coriander spice, some ripening fruit. Somewhat muted flavor with some underlying citrus, coriander spice, some bland "vegetableness". Mouthfeel - not spritzy enough for a wit. Usually not a big fan of the spritziness, but would liven this one up. Slightly disappointed.

Objectively speaking: 33cL from Julio’s. A tasty, citrusy and rather spicy witbier with tight carbonation, but not so much refreshment from the wheat.
I like: Champaigny appearance - clear light golden, rocky white head. Lemon pie connotations in its citrusy abundance. Integrated coriander powder - not overdone. Sweet, but balanced by fair acidity and a growing spice bitterness.
I dislike: Almost too fizzy. Timid wheat gets overwhelmed by the citrus. Surprisingly not so refreshing ultimately. Not a lot of depth to that aroma.

A haze yellow/gold colored beer, with a thick white foamy head. An aroma of sweet, also some smells of spicey. The taste is fruity, citrus and coriander. Also wheat and a little bitter and soure. A good white beer. I am not a white beer lover.
