330. Thanks, CSchwaz! Pours a cloudy, very pale yellow. Light white fizz. Nice tangy lemon and spice nose. Creamy medium body. Lemon and spices on the mid-palate. Nice tang to it. Mild tart finish.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a clear light yellow colour with little head and a good amount of carbonation. Very wheaty and sour smell to it. Taste is very pleasant with citrusfruits there as well as wheatyness and a good sense of sourness.

Ok beer. Poured with a white head that quickly faded to a small amount on the surface and almost no lace. Color is hazy medium amber. Aroma is different: yeast, leather, earth, wood, and malt. Flavor is malt, tart, bread, yeast, and cookies. Interesting play between good carbonation and softness in the body. Decent finish. Could maybe be a session beer.

33cl bottle. Pours sparkling gold with orange-tan highlights and a deep cloudiness. The head is medium-white and fades quickly - no lace. The aroma is tart and fruity with orange, grape, and currants. There are also notes of wood and subtle alcohol. The flavor starts very dry and acidic like white wine (though not quite as dry or nearly as acidic as a dry white wine) with wheat flavor and some currants. Mid-palate reveals light earthy hops and tasty, sweet honey malts. The finish is dry and earthy with lots of wheat flavor and lots of tartness. The mouthfeel is crisply carbonated with a spritzy, medium body. Overall, a unique and interesting witbier - funky, woody, earthy, sour, and distinctly Belgian.

Pours a cloudy yellow. Nose is lemon, citrus, clove and yeast. Flavor is a refreshing citrus, grassy and a pleasant sour tartness. This is my favorite wit on earth.

Bottle. Clover honey color with a fine white head. Smells like socks and cheese. Some hops, some malt, kind of gross. Flavor is better - hay, cheese, sourdough, bread, faint vinegar, musty. Not my favorite Struise by a long shot.

Above average tasting beer again from Struisse. Pours light translucent orange with some white head, that later leaves lace teasting in the glass. Soft mouthfeel, with after tongue tingling. Orangey citrus flavour. Slightly below average smell of the spice. Nicely drinkable blend.
