Jun 7, 2008 Updated: Jun 8, 2008Bottled. Cloudy golden/orange coloured, lasting head, lots of carbonation. Fruity nose, some yeast. Somewhat bitter flavour, spices, some yeast. Doesn’t really taste like a Witbier, because of the hops it seems more like a Belgian ale. Nice thirst quencher.

Jun 5, 2008 Bottle from Ølkonsortiet. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Short moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. This beer really lacks fruity esters and citrus notes. Not much witt about it. I dont like it.

Jun 1, 2008 I guess I just had too high expectations for this beer, because it seemed like every other wheat beer. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, and some spices. Dry finish, decent beer.

May 31, 2008 Tashi’s house, 28/05/08. Bottle courtesy of Mes and Reakt. Hazy yellow with a persistent line of head. Aroma of wheat, honey, oats and oranges. Flavour is similar and I enjoyed the lack of overly harsh citrus notes.

May 30, 2008 The beer was hazy gold, with a lot of quickly dissipating white foam. In the aroma there was wheat, coriander, sweet banana, and alcohol. The flavor was tart citrus wheat with a faint amount of barnyard. Almost a lemonade finish. This would be great on a hot day!

May 28, 2008 Bottle at tasting at Chris Fischer’s (from Liars Club) house. Pours with a gold body topped by a medium thick head wtih a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sour with a hint of apple and other fruits. Light bodied and dry.
