Fruity nose, some yeast. Somewhat bitter flavour, spices, some yeast. Doesn’t really taste like a Witbier, because of the hops it seems more like a Belgian ale. Nice thirst quencher. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Short moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. This beer really lacks fruity esters and citrus notes. Not much witt about it. I dont like it. daniele (1676), Italy

Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, and some spices. Dry finish, decent beer. Ethereal (1500), London, Greater London, England

Hazy yellow with a persistent line of head. Aroma of wheat, honey, oats and oranges. Flavour is similar and I enjoyed the lack of overly harsh citrus notes. akevitt (97), Valhalla, Minnesota, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 30, 2008 The beer was hazy gold, with a lot of quickly dissipating white foam. In the aroma there was wheat, coriander, sweet banana, and alcohol. The flavor was tart citrus wheat with a faint amount of barnyard. Almost a lemonade finish. This would be great on a hot day!
