Sample from bottle. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, citrus and grain. Flavor is light moderate sweet. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sample at struise tasting. Thin white head. Hazy orange pour. Fruity aftertaste. Nice brew.

33cl bottle. A bad Struise beer? Possibly. Sweet, a tad boozy, loads of grains, little spiciness. Deep golden in colour, this beer has nothing to do with a Witbier and feels very poorly executed. Something you would not expect from this fine brewery. DIsappointing.

Bottle. Pours a pale, clear yellow beer with a small white head. Aroma is kinda faint, some citrus and wheat, light on the spices. Flavour is fresh, some red apples and lemon. Low carbo and a light mouthfeel. Decent wit, did expect more from Struise though.

Hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of lime peel, hay, some light funk, spices and yeast. On the light side. Drinkable but far from the best one from Struise.

Bottle, bb 2/14. Hazy orange with a modest white head. Aroma of oranges, coriander, pineapple. Watery. Wheaty and dry with some oranges, coriander and white pepper. But really not much of anything. If this was anything it’s long gone.

Grande wit beer, nn sembra neanche tale. Corpo perfetto acida/dolce al punto giusto con un profumo floreale accentuato. Complimenti a de struise :)

Bottle from Five Points Bottle Shop (Atlanta Highway) in Athens. Big yeasty and sugary aroma, but no spices. Honeyish pale straw color. Light sour lemon initial / mid goes straight ahead with mild citrusy notes / finish is light and a bit sour, with a mild sweet aftertaste. Thin-medium body. Nice enough. But I couldn’t catch any of the spices. Honestly, I expected a bit better from Struise.

Pours very light , fuzzy blonde ( yellow) small fast fading white foam
Smell is very unintense . Malts ?
Very easely drinkable ! Good carbo , somewhat sufary , combined with orangish tastes , but very small potrions . Unusual for the style ( for what i had yet) but yummie . Ok beer , tastewise , but for dribkability , id rate this higher !

Cerveza rubia turbia con espula ligera. Tiene un olor fresco. El sabor es ligeramente cítrico, almendrado y ácido, parecido al de la fermentación espontánea de las gueze. Ligera y cuerpo medio, con un gas muy fino. Mucho sabor con tan sólo 5° de alcohol, esto se agradece. Muy buena para comenzar.
