An aroma of sweet, also some smells of spicey. The taste is fruity, citrus and coriander. Also wheat and a little bitter and soure. A good white beer. I am not a white beer lover. footbalm (1219), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

Nose is a mighty complex blend of what appears to be lemon, some hops and some kind of grain, and maybe clove or something. Taste is very refreshing, vrisp and clean with the flavors defined clearly. markwise (1216), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 22, 2008 This beer pours a golden color with a unique aroma. It has a strong apple and sour orange aroma which emerges as the bubbly head subsides. The flavor is the same as the aroma with pieces of sharp lemon and I swear I tasted some lime. No lace on the glass, but it was an interesting beer. A bit disappointing for a Struise. Zinister (1207), Houston, Texas, USA

Pours a very hazy straw color with a thick foamy head with frothy lacing. Nose is fresh lemons and a little yeast. Taste is a very crisp lemon twang mixed with yeast and carbonation. Drying finish. This beer really reminds me of a weak lambic/gauze beer in terms of mouthfeel. Seems a bit over carbonated for a Wit...but I really enjoyed this beer. Thanks Tim. alexsdad06 (1152), Ohio, USA

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a large white head created with good carbonation. The aroma is sweet with citrus fruits, holiday bread, spices, and yeast present. The flavor is fruity, acid, and a little on the tart side. There is also a yeasty bread presence as well as a maltiness that was unexpected. I am not a wheat beer fan, but this was one of the better examples I have had. DrBayern (1137), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

Hazy light gold pour under an impressive white head with good staying power. Very yeasty, bready aroma with hints of citrus. This has somewhat more body than most Witbiers, there’s a refreshing effervescence, and some nice mouth cleansing acidity. Interesting interplay between honey sweetness and a lemon like sourness, and just the faintest touch of soft bitterness for a clean , dry finish. A very superior Witbier. I wish I could get this all the time. kenb (1101), Oregon, USA

Hazy bonde yellow color with a small quickly dissipating white head. Nice herbal aroma with somewhat sour notes of apple, bananna, lemon and wheat.Tastes like it smells. Very carbonated. Sweet and sour acidic fizzy finish. Very refreshing. A quite interesting beer......20 minutes later. WOW! Let this beer warm up to between 60 degrees and room temperature, It is an entirely different experience. The flavors really come out and the finish is much nicer. Very nice! My rating just went up several points. boboski (1095), Alabama, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 14, 2007 Creamy, mid-sized white head. Cloudy off-white/golden body with orange hues, looks pulpy. Good retention throughout the duration. Tropical fruit notes bring in the aroma, with noble hops, and soft grains. the focal point of the fruit is pineapple(esters), banana(wheat) and orange(coriander), a combination that blends together to seem almost like the juice that contains these three fruits you’d find on a supermarket shelf. Alcohol is not noticeable. Hints of wheated malt round out the nose. Wheat is far more apparent in the flavor, which is quite tart. Some background citric acidity captures and restrains overzealous yeast. Lactic notes present. The mouthfeel is smooth, milky and slightly grainy. Finish is smooth, but far from clean; rather, it’s a clouded cluster of spicy wheat and yeast with hints of fruit. Pretty tasty but not something I’m interested in sampling again.
