One minor drawback is that the head quickly disaapates rather than lingers around the glass. However, the high carbonation keeps you wanting more. The slightly sour undertones are very appealing and make me think it is similar to a German gose beer. A very great brew by Struise that now makes me want to try all thier beers! bibi (18), De Panne, Belgium

Hazy pale yellow grapefruite peel coloured wheatbeer with a rocky white creamy froth ( As big as it gets!!! ). Nice lemony aromas with outspoken wheatness in the nose with touches of herbs, white bread and yeast. Refreshing mouthfeel with nice wheaty taste and smooth touches of ricecracker and fine citrus accents.. What a beer!
