COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Pours hazy gold with a bit of orange in the center, white fizzy head that thins out quick. Nose is sour, citrusy-lemon. Taste is a soft, round tartness, with an underlying, very subtle citrusy sweetess, and a clean, slightly sour, lemony finish. Very softly carbonated.

Clear dark gold body with a fleeting whit head that leaves a nice lace easily. Tart, sour apple aroma. A nice balance of tart and sweet. No hops in this one. Clean, light , refreshing.

Hazy golden pour with half inch white head that sticks around for awhile. Tart cherries, lemon, and some oak on the nose... very promising and tart smelling. Doesn’t quite follow through on the palate, though it’s still quite nice. Neither as funky nor as sour as expected, but a solid brew. Very drinkable.

Pours a hazy golden color with a small disapated white head. Nose is beautiful, fragrant, sharp and tart notes, apples, hay, citrus and touch of grapes. Initial taste is salty, sour, tart, apples and guezy. Mid palate is continues with tart sharpness with resemblence of grape skins. Finish is clean and refreshing with rhine/citrus continuing. The body is light. It is exactly what it is stated, slightly sour. Very enjoyable. Minor head retention.

Bottle courtesy of kmweaver. Pours a hazy, golden amber with a thin ring of white bubbles clinging to the edges of the glass, leaving behind patchy/sheeting lace. The nose is an enticing fruity, yeasty blend with notes of apple, pear, mildly sour white grapes, sweet berries and a light Brettiness. Light to medium-bodied and sour with a tart, dry finish. I had actually forgotten that this was a sour ale until it hit my tongue, but it certainly brings the goods. Sour cherries, wild strawberries, and bretty sourness finishing with a slightly woody and tart dryness at the finish. This is a very drinkable sour and one I will look for whenever I travel. Thanks again for the bottle, Ken!

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy dark straw yellow with a small fizzy white head that fell to a thin ring quickly. Nice tart and sour nose with some light lemon. Seems to be more dominated by the pedio than the brett. Tart and slightly acidic flavor that has a nice bite too it without being too overpowering. Almost reminds me of a Berliner Weisse or a Gueuze. Notes of Grannie Smith apple, lemon juice, and crisp wheat. Dries out nicely on the finish leaving a mouthwatering slightly acidic lingering finish. Mouthfeel is light and crisp with a perfect fizzy carbonation level. A very nice refreshing summer drinker.

Thanks to akevitt for sharing. Bottle, pours a hazy, yellow-orange body with a short lasting, foamy yellowish-white head. Aroma of sour cherry and sour apple with a hint of yeast. Flavor is more sour apple and lemon with some wheat tones. Medium bodied with slight fizz on the front of the palate. Tart finish with a slight sour acid taste. Light tang on the aftertaste.
