COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Bottle. Opens with a fairly healthy pop and poured into a tulip glass a clear golden hued color with a slight white head that collars around the glass. As I am pouring I smell sour notes wafting from the glass. Tart cherry and vinegar notes in the nose. The description states this as "slight sour" but I would say this is a decently sour beer that bites at the tongue with your first sip. Light mouthfeel with just the right amount of carbonation. Tart cherry, peach, and apple fruit flavors in the taste along with an underlying sour vinegar note. Pretty drinkable. Minimal lace. Ends rather crisply.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2011 330 ml bottle shared by my main man lushawn- thanks again, Shawn! Pours a hazy yellow-orange color with almost no head. That might be because Shawn accidentally froze it first, but who knows. Aroma of sour funk, tart apples, grapes, bready malts, wheat, straw, and toast. Flavor of tart apples, white grape skins, funk, lemon juice, oak, and dry champagne yeast. Light-bodied, with a sour, puckering mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Lingering sourness. Very nice, funky sour. Re-Rate, thanks to STLWill! Even better than I remembered. Sour, dry, tart, funky- awesome on the palate. The nose doesn’t bring the same complexity but it works wonders in the mouth.

hade en lite tvålig, parfymerad doft, men som smakade ganska gott med trevlig syrlighet, lite brett, söt mynta och polkagris. Mycket lätt – jag kan gärna dricka ett par sådana en varm sommardag.

Strange mix of Belgian blonde and a sour ale. Too unbalanced and sour for my taste.

Tasted from 11.2oz bottle courtesy of daknole. Thanks Dakine! Pours cloudy yellow-brown with a thin white head that leaves spotty lace. The nose is super sour with good funk and some vinegar, citrus, and tart fruits. The flavor is just as sour as expected with an apple cider vinegar flavor, strong lemon citrus, oak, and a drying tannin characteristic. The body is light with nearly sparkling carbonation, and a long, dry, sour, and citric finish.

11.2oz bottle. Pours a cloudy, pretty colored golden-orange with a thin, fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a nice lacing around the edges and on the glass. Aroma is sweet, sour, and fruity. Tart lemons, apples, oranges, other citrus, and a hint of acidity. Yeasty with some spices, a touch of wheat, and a hint of earth. Flavor is fruity and tart. Sour citrus, apples, white wine, and some acidity picking up towards the end. Yeasty, but not overly yeasty; more tangy and puckering fruits. Finishes with a juicy tartness that dries nicely with barely a hint of earth. Lengthy aftertaste following a light, very smooth, really crisp body with a light carbonation. Overall, a really nice sour. Fairly straightforward, but easy drinking and not overly sour. I like the juicy citrus tartness and crisp, refreshing finish. Good one.

330 ml bottle @ Olutravintola Pannuhuone.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a creamy head. Aroma of sour fruits; apricot, grapefruit, lemon and mild cherry notes. Lambic-like. Flavour of tart fruits, decent sourness with a mild sweet finish. Medium bodied, thick mouthfeel and low carbonation. Very pleasant.
