COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Pours pale golden color with a thin white head that leaves a lasting film. Aroma is mild but has white grapes, barnyard, and apple. Flavor is more sour than I’d expect...slightly lactic in nature and fairly spicy. High level of tartness and a lemon note in the background. Very Berliner Weisse-like, but with an added funk...and this worked out well. Mild on the palate, with a lasting dryness that keeps you coming back. I thoroughly enjoyed this offering...a very fine sour.

Aroma is sour with earthy notes, apples and some vinegar. Feels like a very dry cider. Flavour is very sour with apples and earthy notes. Tart finish with vinegar. A mixture of oude lambic, dry cider and white wine. Very nice and refreshing!
