50 cl bottle @ Timo A. BBE 07.2016.
Pours clear golden color with a very small head. Aroma is sweet and pale malty, hay, butter and clove. Flavor is sweet too with malts and some subtle subtle bread notes, butter. Slick buttery palate. Not very pleasant.

500 ml bottle. Thanks to Timo A! Tuomaanpäivä tasting.
Clear golden color with a small white head. Dryish malt and sugary sweetness in the aroma. Sweet malt, sugar and mild hops in the flavor. Not bad.

Bottle in my hotel room. Pours clear orange with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is biscuit malt, light earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is lightly sweet biscuit malt, light earthy and spicy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Bottle at Stuttgarter Weinachtsmarkt. Clear golden color, big fluffy white head. Aroma of hay and straw. Taste is watery hay, light white pepper. Was expecting a spice beer, but of course, this is Germany, silly me. More of a watery lager.

Bottle. 16/11/13. Pours a golden orange with a large, off-white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is lightly skunked, grainy. Taste is grainy and bready, light caramel. Ethanol comes through a bit. Unpleasant really. Palate is quite full with decent carbonation. Drainpour.

13/11 A 0.5 l bottle as Gtuttgarter, courtesy of ogivlado, thanks for sharing! It poured golden body with smaller head. Weak but nice fruity and honey malty aroma. Flavor was lightly sweet, malts reminds to same things again, with a bit sharper grainy notes. Thinner in body with shorter, sweetish honey finish. A bit of alcohol is revealed along with its sweetness. Could have a bit more body, but it’s just an ordinary German winter lager.

Bottled 500ml. -from Rewe Sindelfingen, shared with Marko and heavy. Dark golden coloured, medium sized white head, sweet malty nose. Also sweet malty, grainy and light alcoholic with some notes of hops in rather bitter finish. Disappointing Weihnachtsbier.
