bottle, thank you pivnizub! Clear amber-chestnut colour, fluffy head. Grainy malt flavours, shy fruity touch and a lingering grainy, slightly bready, finish.

500 ml bottle from Wasana’s in Germany. Pours a cloudly brown color with an off white head. Aroma is a tart, estery wheat. Taste is well like the aroma but even more intensive. Had some Hefe properties but slightly offensive palate. Strange beer.

This beer looked ok at first but tasted like bland twangy fizzy water such a shame became a drain pour.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2013 Milky amber in colour with steady head. Taste is really strange. Hints of light yeast, unripe fruits, herbs and spices. Very dry finish.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Milky brown-amber in colour with steady head and medium body. Fine carbonated. Taste of dark grains, light yeast, nuts. Light hints of roast aromas. Okay-like but nothing that good.

Emmer is a old grain from Germany, and used as an alternate to the wheat int his beer. Coppr color and nice aroma of caramel, taste again is of caramel. Not much bitterness, more of a sweet finish. Different and delicious.
