The perfect blend of West Coast piney citrus hop aromas mixed with the crisp refreshment of a German Helles lager. This classic lager style is dry-hopped with copious amounts of Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade hops to create a new-age West Coast craft lager like none other.

Gold, clear, off-white head. Medium body, grainy-sweet malt, big spicy and floral hops, slight buttery note, interesting beer.

On tap @ Canyon Club: Poured a golden liquid with minimal head. Aroma was mild with a presence of hops but rather forgettable. Taste really delivered on the hops and I was impressed with how bitter and hoppy this lager tasted considering it wasn’t an IPA.

"Nicer than expected brew. Low ibu but very aromatic and floral hopping atop a nice crisp breast lager. This is a good beer to showcase what you can do with subtleties in a beer. Quite enjoyable."

On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. Clear golden pour with a white head. Aromas of floral hops, grapefruit, and wood. Slightly herbal. Some bread and toasted malt character as well. Flavor is slightly sweet with honeydew, bread, and toasted cereal notes. A light bitterness of grapefruit skin and woody herbs. Floral hops through and through. Light pine and esters. Pleasant.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear golden hued body with a large and retentive, just a shade off-white head. Aromas are herbal, a bit dank, chinook like grapefruit-herbal character, spicy, a bit of fruit, moderate delicate grain character. Flavors are mildly fruit, herbal, pine, spice. Hop centric with a low bitterness. Mild melon notes. Clean fermentation, mild malty toasty notes. Medium-light bodied, carb is medium (~2.4-.45). Quite drinkable/pleasant.

Very mild floral nose, clean drinking, mild noble hop bitter. Not a bad beer, not a great beer, yet more than middle of the road.
