COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale ale. Completely authentic in style, bursting with fresh whole flower American hops and yeast. Immediately present and fragrant nose dominated by a spicy bouquet of toasted caramel, citrusy notes. Rich Copper in color, delivering that expected caramel palate, complemented by residual malty sweetness and lingering finish. Expect a world class Pale Ale.

Bottle, thank you very much Julian! Orange, a few clouds - the bottle gushed a bit, big lacing eggshell head. Nice citrus, mango and mineral aroma. Good chewy nourishing body - Some american microbrewers could learn something here. Nice citric and piney hops, minerally leafy notes, dry yeasty on the tongue. Grassy aftertaste. Good one.

50 cl bottle @ wPBF, BBE 06/2013
Aroma is soapy with some peaches, grainy notes and hay. Also hints of caramel. Flavour is sweetish with fruity notes, some caramel, biscuits and gooseberry bush. Too messy and yeasty. Also the tartness does not fit here.

On 50 cl bottle from Drinks of the World, Zurich. Dark golden color, good foam. Distinct, but integrated hoppy aromas (pine), some fruitiness and light citrus notes- caramel & vanilla notes. Medium body & complexity. Solid bitterness, well balanced. Very enjoyable

Bottled 50cl. Purchased in coop. Appearance: It pours a beautiful clear amber beer with a tall, nicely remaining lacing creamy light beige head. Good lacework. Aroma: Caramel, perhaps some diacetyl, earthy and citrusy hops, light orange, slight juniper notes. Taste and palate: Medium bodied. Subdued bitterness. Sweetish. Pleasant malt back. Gentle carbonation. Orange, juniper and cloves showing up. Medium bodied. Dryish finish which is reminiscent of hops which are high ond alpha acids and caramel. Overall impression: A nice take on the style.

Bit flat version of an American pale ale. Thin body of malt, with some mild hopping. Needs more power.

50cl bottle courtesy of Allan, danke! - It’s toasted...Lucky Strike of a US amber ale with pleasant roasted caramel and piny hop notes, a dry mouthfeel, slight marred milky palate. Unusual aniseed notes showing up in the aftertaste rather than citrus.
